Cape Air Magazine Summer 2020

Rockland is more than just a quaint seaside town in Midcoast Maine. Among our most popular summer destinations on the Cape Air route map, Rockland is commonly known for its lobster fishing industry and deep protected harbor. However, the town quickly transformed itself into an economic hub for the State of Maine. Inside our summer issue we dive into the history of Rockland's boatbuilding community, including the Old-World techniques used to carry on the region's rich tradition today.

Inspired to explore? You can reach any of our Maine destinations, including flights to Rockland, from our Northeast hub at Boston's Logan International Airport.

Within this issue, you’ll also find vibrant destination guides from across our network as well as common threads throughout that are the underpinnings of our company values: our safety practices; our commitment to our communities and employees; and our commitment to sustainability.
